Appointment of Chief Engineer and Works Manager, respectively Felice Setaro and Roberto Scibilia.

Contract drawn up (File N. 6).
Contract value: Lit. 90,202,168,686 including reduction.
Contract deadline: 823 consecutive days (from assignment of contract).

Work opened
Work to be completed: 27/09/99.

30^th June
"Survey Committee" appointed:
prof. Achille Chiappetti
prof. Giuseppe Creazza
prof. Mauro Strada.

Philipp Holzmann and Carena appeal against the judging procedure to the Regional Administrative Court of the Veneto.

9^th October
Both appeals are rejected. Rulings 1480/97 and 1497/97.
The two parties appeal against the rulings to the Council of State.
